IP-CO: Co-Ownership
This idea is shared with named partners to begin a joint project.

What You Can Do:
- Develop the idea: You can freely use, build, and modify the idea as part of the shared project with the named partners.
- Contribute equally: All named partners are assumed to have equal ownership and equal rights to the idea.
What You Can’t Do:
- No sole claim: Don’t claim sole ownership of the idea or its core concepts.
- No external reuse without group consent: Don’t use the idea in any project or venture outside of the named partnership without getting permission from all other named partners first.
What’s Expected:
- Mutual ownership: All named partners share ownership and rights to the idea equally.
- Shared credit: Credit and benefits resulting from the idea should be shared equally among the named partners unless formally specified otherwise.
How to Use This License:
If you’re sharing an idea under this license, just include a line like:
“This idea is shared under the Idea Protocol (IP-CO). Co-Ownership established among [Partner A, Partner B, etc.].”
